At Lead by the Name, our mission is to support and empower pastors and ministry leaders—around the world—as they pursue the vision God has placed in their hearts. Through Christ-centered mentoring, we walk alongside leaders, helping them grow, strengthen their impact, and lead with greater effectiveness.
As mentors and trainers, we provide guidance tailored to each leader’s journey. Whether it’s refining leadership skills, developing strategic plans, or offering hands-on support, we are committed to equipping pastors and leaders with the tools they need to thrive in their calling.
As a nonprofit organization, we are passionate about serving leaders who have a kingdom-centered vision but may need encouragement, direction, or practical support to bring their ideas to life. Serving as a guiding blueprint, this framework ensures that leadership decisions, church growth strategies, and pastoral care initiatives are firmly rooted in scriptural principles.
Our approach is deeply relational, creating a space where leaders can engage in meaningful conversations, gain valuable insights, and develop practical strategies for sustainable ministry growth. Using the THRIV Framework, we tailor the mentorship process to each leader's unique context, ensuring an organic and personalized development experience. Lead by Name organization functions with a project-centric approach. Our process begins with a comprehensive assessment of the local environment, nurturing relationships, and gaining profound insights into the community's needs. We utilize cutting-edge project management methodologies to design projects that align precisely with the specific requirements of the community. Our primary goal is to wholeheartedly serve the community, prioritizing their well-being over our own interests.
We firmly believe that proficient project management is pivotal to serving the local population and attaining their objectives. This entails optimizing resource allocation and utilization while enhancing operational efficiency. To achieve the desired outcomes for the locals, it is imperative to tailor solutions precisely to their needs, which is why we have a team of experts to work alongside them. Too many pastors and leaders walk their journey alone, weighed down by isolation and discouragement. Ministry is demanding, and while the calling is sacred, the burden of leadership can feel overwhelming. Many struggle without trusted mentors, without encouragement, and without the support they need to faithfully carry out God’s vision for their lives and ministries.
At Lead by the Name, we are here to change that.
Our mission is to walk alongside pastors and leaders—so they never have to navigate this path alone. We don’t dictate or impose; instead, we nurture the unique vision God has placed in each leader’s heart, helping it grow and flourish for the greater good of His Kingdom.
We do this by following the greatest leader of all—Jesus Christ. His wisdom, His example, and His relationships with His disciples, religious leaders, and the broader community form the foundation of how we mentor and equip today’s leaders.
