The first volume serves as an essential guide, offering a structured approach to establishing a strong ministry founded on eternal principles. This book leads readers in developing a solid ministry philosophy based on Scripture and provides practical tools for applying these principles in leadership and service.
In the second volume, we present detailed case studies that demonstrate the successful application of the principles discussed in the first book. One of the studies will focus on the First Baptist Church of Atibaia, in São Paulo, covering the period from its founding in 1980 to 2020, the year of the retirement of its founder and co-author of this work.
The third volume explores the multiplying impact of a strong ministry, showing how a well-implemented ministry philosophy transforms the local congregation and inspires other ministries and communities. This trilogy is an indispensable tool for leaders who seek to deepen their biblical ministry philosophy and foster a faithful and transformative ministry.

What is a Strategic Ministry Framework?
The Strategic Ministry Framework is a descriptive and practical exposition of the personal ecclesiastical and pastoral vision and understanding. Based on biblical-theological convictions, principles, and concepts, it guides and grounds the way ministry is proposed and carried out. This philosophy serves to direct the functionality and structural organization of the church’s ministry, ensuring that it fulfills its vocational purpose within its local context.
