Adilson Cruz

Adilson da Silva Cruz is a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) student with a distinctive background that combines his degree in Physical Education with more than a decade of hands-on pastoral ministry.

Committed to developing effective strategies for church leadership, his doctoral research focuses on training lay leaders and cultivating a culture of discipleship—drawing directly from the real challenges he faced as the founding and lead pastor of his church.

Adilson is a hands-on leader who believes that impactful ministry is born from a combination of sound theology and a deep understanding of the people we serve.

As Lead by the Name’s Mentoring Program Director, he puts that conviction into practice by structuring and guiding the mentoring journeys of participating leaders.
