Lead by the Name is a Christ-centered organization dedicated to developing Christian leaders. Our mission is "Focusing on the few to reach the many" — equipping a few leaders deeply so they can reach and transform entire communities. We believe leadership development is the most strategic lever for advancing the Kingdom of God.
Our mentoring process begins with a detailed application form, where we get to know your background, your goals, and your leadership context. From there, we carefully match each mentee with an experienced mentor. The mentoring relationship is personalized, with regular meetings and consistent follow-up — combining practical wisdom with solid biblical foundations.
To become a mentor, you need proven leadership experience, Christian maturity, and a genuine willingness to invest in others. The process includes an application, an interview, and specific training. For associate consultants, we look for experienced professionals in their fields who want to contribute strategically to the organization’s mission.
