Biblical Ministry Philosophy
The book Biblical Ministry Philosophy was developed to provide pastors and church leaders with a comprehensive resource for building and implementing a ministry philosophy grounded in eternal principles. Its purpose is to inspire and equip leaders to develop their own ministry approaches, rooted in Scripture and applicable to the contemporary challenges of the church and its mission.
Lead by the Name
This book was born out of dissatisfaction with the reality of leadership, shaped by authoritarianism and power. It comes from years of experience with different leaders who marked my life: some in very negative ways, but many in deeply positive ways. I am immensely grateful to everyone who led me, from whom I learned both what to do and what to avoid.
Leadership in ministry requires wisdom, vision, and ongoing growth. Lead by the Name offers biblical insights, practical strategies, and spiritual encouragement for leaders at any stage of their journey.
