Mackenzie Maia

Mackenzie de Lima Maia serves in the IT department at Lead by the Name, applying his technical expertise to support the organization’s strategies. With a career grounded in data analysis, he has extensive experience in database management and using information for business decision-making.

With a diverse background, Mackenzie holds a degree in Database Management and expanded his training into theology, completing programs in Biblical Counseling through ABCB and Self-Confrontation.

He is currently deepening his studies at Peniel Bible Institute (affiliated with Ethnos360/Novas Tribos do Brasil).

His ability to combine technical skill and Christian training is a valuable asset to LBTN’s digital infrastructure.
