Paulo Sergio Santos

Paulo Santos is a pastor, church planter, teacher and mentor of leaders. He is married to Rosana, with whom he shares life and ministry, and is the founder of You Up English and Instituto Vocati.

Since 2010 he has worked on building mentoring models and supporting leaders and ministries across Brazil and in countries of Latin America, Africa and North America. Over a solid career he served as national leader of Christian education and founded his denomination's missionary agency.

A theologian holding a master's degree and currently a doctoral candidate in Ministries, Paulo is a friend of the mission field and of least-reached regions. Today he devotes himself to producing accessible ministry training content, guided by one central purpose: to develop leaders in Brazil and to the ends of the earth for the fulfilment of the Great Commission.
