Rodrigo Marin is Co-Founder of Lead by the Name. A doctoral student in Mathematics with a focus on mathematical models for decision-making, he combines analytical rigor with a ministry-minded perspective in his work.

With more than 15 years of experience, he specializes in fraud prevention, internal audit, processes, compliance, and financial loss mitigation.

As Managing Partner of Marin & Marin Consulting, Rodrigo brings a unique perspective to the LBTN ecosystem: the convergence of technical excellence, operational integrity, and Christ-centered mission.

His role as COO ensures that LBTN’s vision is translated into concrete systems, processes, and structures capable of sustaining the ministry’s growth and multiplication.
