Roger Lopes

For more than 15 years, Roger Lopes has built his professional career in corporate financial management. He began in banking and deepened his development at the Big 4 before specializing in corporate internal audit and financial consulting in Brazil and abroad.

He served as the finance leader for a Siemens business unit in Brazil and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Siemens’ Healthcare business in the United States, a multibillion-dollar operation.

Specializing in financial leadership for medium and large national and international companies, Roger has built a strong technical foundation and developed robust skills in strategic business, people, and project management—with a proven track record of digital transformation in major financial organizations.

His presence on the Lead by the Name Board brings financial rigor, strategic thinking, and global leadership experience in service of the Kingdom.
