Becoming a Leader: Lessons from the Tower of Babel

The story of the Tower of Babel in Genesis 11:1-9 offers lessons for leaders, emphasizing the dangers of arrogance and the importance of aligning our ambitions with a purpose. In response, God intervenes in His grace, confusing their language, halting their project, and scattering them across the earth (Genesis 11:7-8).
