An IRL leader prioritizes people, making sure they lead the way in shaping and driving processes and products. This approach fosters a culture of trust and accountability, where people feel valued and motivated to excel. Though challenging, IRL is the way forward in today's changing world, offering a leadership style that truly empowers and lifts others up, drives sustainable success, and promotes a healthy organizational culture.
