The Need for Effective Leadership

In this country, there is an urgent need for leadership development. We are partnering with a local leader to transform their existing curriculum into a Christ-centered program designed to equip leaders with the tools and resources they need to excel in their roles, ministries, and community service, ultimately empowering them to better serve their community.

Priscila, our Editor-in-Chief and Strategic Communication Consultant, brings a unique combination of skills and expertise to this project. With her background in Communications and additional theological training, she is well prepared to lead this initiative. In the first phase of the project, Priscila will:

Transform the Existing Material: Adapt the existing leadership material to reflect strong biblical values and turn it into a Christ-centered curriculum.

Develop a Training Program: Create a training program based on the transformed material.

Design a Certification Course: Develop a structured educational course for leaders who want to invest in others.
