Henrique and Bia, a passionate couple with a deep desire to serve the Lord, reached out to Lead by the Name for guidance. They are on a mission to decide whether to go all in on full-time ministry or invest in a mission-driven business. Henrique has just completed his Master of Divinity at a church-based seminary in Brazil, connected to First Baptist Church of Atibaia. Now, he stands at a crossroads, ready to make a meaningful impact for the Kingdom.
Armed with the theological knowledge and spiritual insights from his academic journey, and supported by a welcoming church community and their pastor, Henrique and Bia are fully committed to finding the best path forward. They are not simply looking for personal fulfillment; they want wise, strategic direction that aligns with their commitment to serving the Kingdom in the best way possible. As they face this significant decision, they are turning to Lead by the Name, through the One-on-One Mentoring Program, to understand how to navigate the twists and turns of choosing between full-time ministry and launching a mission-driven business.
Lead by the Name is closely connected to their local church, and this project is fully aligned with their pastor, Adilson Silva, and the church. Pastor Adilson, deeply impacted by the transformative nature of Lead by the Name, has used our programs as tools to help the church’s young adults build a plan for serving the Kingdom better. The partnership between Lead by the Name and Pastor Adilson ensures a seamless alignment of efforts, creating a great environment for the project to shine and make a real difference in the ministry’s mission.
