Publications that equip leaders and organizations who want to build their foundation on Christ-centered leadership — we are not a publisher, we are a ministry that makes resources available for personal growth and leadership development.
Works carefully developed to complement the materials used in our programs and serve as an extension of our commitment to equipping leaders.
The trilogy Biblical Ministry Philosophy was developed to offer pastors and church leaders a comprehensive resource for building and implementing a ministry philosophy grounded in eternal principles. The series seeks to inspire and equip leaders to develop their own ministry approaches rooted in biblical foundations.
This book was born out of dissatisfaction with the reality of leadership — a reality shaped by authoritarianism and power. It comes from years of experience with different leaders who have marked my life: some in very negative ways, but many in deeply positive ways. I am immensely grateful to everyone who has led me, from whom I have learned both what to do and what to avoid.
Leadership in ministry requires wisdom, vision, and continual growth. Lead by the Name offers biblical insights, practical strategies, and spiritual encouragement for leaders at any stage of their journey.
The Fall, Consequences, and Restoration of King David
Through the journey of King David — his fall, the consequences of sin, and the path to restoration — this book invites readers into a deep and honest reflection on character, integrity, and God's grace. A collective work that brings together voices of leaders mentored by Lead by the Name.
More than selling books, Lead by the Name seeks to be a partner in spiritual and leadership development. We understand that ministry can be demanding, and access to the right knowledge and encouragement is vital. Through this collection, we hope to equip leaders to serve with wisdom, confidence, and renewed passion for their calling.
